| School Claims Service, LLC, a wholly owned
subsidiary of the PSBA Insurance Trust and created for the benefit of
Pennsylvania's public schools, has dedicated itself to setting the
standard for the delivery of insurance and risk management services and
products. As programs continue to expand, participants can be
assured that everyone involved in the operation of School Claims
Service, LLC, will continue to be dedicated to serving the best interests
of Pennsylvania's public schools.
School Claims Service, LLC, officially was chartered in February 1998 and began official business operations in May 1998. The company provides third-party claims administration services to the various programs operated through the PSBA Insurance Trust. In addition, it is used to provide other insurance and risk management services to participants of the PSBA Insurance Trust, including loss control services, and employee benefits consulting and marketing. The business operations of the company are segregated into several distinct divisions. Each of these divisions is responsible for providing a specific area of risk and insurance management service to PSBA members using Insurance Trust programs.
